The atmosphere felt in this bistronomic restaurant in Paris previews the time you are about to spend… Chef Jeremie wanted to make this place a venue where the moderate decoration and cuisine style were part of the same idea. To join together two strong concepts, classicism and modernity, keeping only the best of each of them, for them to coexist under a common notion: the timelessness of the establishment to share a generous and friendly bistronomic meal.

This bistronomic restaurant close to the Trocadero is located between avenue Kleber and Place Iena, not far from the Arc de Triomphe. This area was renovated in the 19th century and is mostly made up of Haussmann buildings whose architecture is unrivalled.

The first room of the restaurant has retained its original ceiling height. Its moldings restore a more solemn, classic and elegant style. On the floor, black, off-white and gray cement tiles, stronger than the painting on the walls, mark off the entrance. They constitute a break in the era and are more contemporary.

The second room is more intimate. The suspended ceiling shrinks the volume of the room, the spotlights give off a more dimmed lighting. This part of the restaurant is ideal for sharing more personal and intimate moments.

On the walls, limited edition collector photos complete this minimalistic decoration. One of them, whose imposing size is more reminiscent of a fresco, is located in the first room. It occupies an entire wall. It depicts a summer lounge in a house in Cuba, whose ceiling, by optical illusion, extends to the one in the restaurant. The photos in the second room are composed of a set of slides. They depict Jeremie’s wish constitute a room of curiosities by adding, over time and at random, a trip or an unexpected occasion, a number of paintings, unusual objects, etc.

Silver cutlery, quality tableware made of French china from major companies are also elements that qualify JEREMIE as a quality Parisian bistronomic restaurant.

Traditional cuisine, renovated in a creative and contemporary style

The cuisine that JEREMIE bistronomic restaurant offers is that of a chef bistro. Jeremie Tourdjman introduces you to traditional French gastronomy dishes which he revisits according to his inspiration and with a more contemporary style.

He revamps sauces and side dishes and gives free rein to his imagination for the presentation of dishes.

Depending on the season, he'll combine sauteed foie-gras with a port and sherry vinegar sauce infused with tonka beans.

This bistronomic restaurant near the Trocadero will surprise you with its hake casserole with mushrooms and dried apricots seasoned with cream of Lautrec pink garlic.
The fruit Vacherin has kept all its usual components, however, it is presented in a very imaginative way. The proof lies in the photo.

The cuisine of this bistronomic restaurant is often inspired by Southern flavors. In season, summer vegetables, lemons from Menton, lamb from the Pyrenees, Luberon asparagus and strawberries from Carpentras are included on the menu as soon as possible. In time, the menu gives way to feathered or furred game. Dishes such as pigeon or Irish grouse roasted on the bone and flambéed with Cognac, served with fingerling potatoes cooked on the grill and an offal sauce, are worth ordering as much by amateurs as by others trying it for the first time.
The hare "à la Royale", a true classic, revisited by Jeremie surprises even the most sophisticated connoisseurs; the saddle is cooked Rossini style, the thighs "à la Royal" style and the shoulders Parmentier style.

The head of this bistronomic restaurant in Paris will make you want to taste authentic dishes made with products of the highest quality, a subject on which he never compromises.
