About Top Chef, Chef Jeremie Tourdjman’s, Career path :

Chef Jeremie Tourdjman began his training at La Ferme Saint Simon. This initial experience asserted his ambition to be a chef and to one day open his own chef bistro, an aspiration that he’s had from a very young age.

As a cooking chef at the Carré des Feuillants, under the leadership of chef Alain Dutournier, he continues his apprenticeship for three years. He becomes aware of the necessary rigor required in haute cuisine. He is introduced to the pleasure of developing a creative cuisine to satisfy the expectations of a clientele of connoisseurs.

With that in mind, he offers a flavorful bistronomic cuisine, made with the highest quality seasonal products.

In 2008 he completes his training during one year at the Louis XV in Monaco, an Alain Ducasse restaurant, where attention to detail for everything is omnipresent. He then became aware of the full meaning of the concept “Culinary Excellence” in French food.

Being expertly trained, he is currently motivated by these values and mindset, which he seeks to convey through the dishes offered in the menu of his chef bistro.

Back in Paris, Christian Constant and Stephane Schmidt hand him the reins to the Violon d’Ingres’ kitchen, which he runs for four years. In addition to the previous ones, this experience leads him to acquire a true mastery of his craft and allows him to achieve his dream, to open JEREMIE, his chef bistro.

In January 2014, Jeremie Tourdjman opens his restaurant so he can share his taste for a quality bistronomic cuisine.
